I feel t...This has been a very refreshing article. I feel that prevention, correction and maintenance within congregations are often overlooked, because of the assumption that everyone is fine. This is even more true when it comes to church leadership and all who help out (worship team, missionaries, youth leaders etc etc.)<br /><br />The steps you mention focus more on maintaining our belief system. But I also feel it necessary to mention that we shouldn't forget about also supporting and maintaining each others' emotional needs.
